A deep curiosity about the
physics of sound shapes my approach to
sound synthesis, electronics and programming. While studying
digital music at UdeM, I spent several years as a
DJ, exploring the emotional depth of sound and the way frequencies move through space.
I experiment with
additive synthesis, weaving together waves to sculpt
rich, complex tones that evolve like organic textures. Every frequency shift, harmonic layer and modulation becomes a brushstroke in an ever-changing sonic canvas. Beyond composition, my work delves into
sound design and sonification, where images, data and abstract patterns are reimagined as immersive soundscapes.
By integrating
APIs and databases to transform data into sound, I love to explore how we can hear what was once only seen, turning contrast into harmony, motion into rhythm and color into timbre for exemple. This approach challenges
traditional perception, dissolving the boundaries between
sight and sound, data and music, technology and expression.
